For every $10 spent with us, you will earn 1 treat. Treats can later be redeemed for PawPoints rewards or discounts on your pet’s care.
This program offers great rewards ranging from $5 OFF your total bill to FREE services like nail trims and exams! Throughout your pet’s life, we want to help you provide quality care for them every step of the way. This program is our small way to help give a bit back to you, our loyal clients; helping those dollars already spent go towards even MORE care.
Treats may only be redeemed for Rewards once per pet, per visit. You can access your total current points as well as available rewards for redemption through the “Loyalty Program” section of your “Account” on our Otto app, denoted by the person icon in the lower right corner.
